This consists of the personal information you provide us as part of an engagement with our firm. This also includes information we may receive from third parties that you have requested be provided to us such as tax preparers, brokerage firms or insurance agents.
This personal information includes your name and address, Social Security, taxpayer identification number, date of birth, assets, income, account balances, investment activities and account numbers along with any security login and password identifiers.
Use of Information
The information we collect is used to complete any transactions in your accounts you have authorized us to complete for you as well as any communications to third parties you have authorized such as tax or estate planning consultation, insurance or other financial services organizations. At no time will we execute a transaction for you without your specific authorization.
We will only release information to third parties you have specifically authorized us to do or if compelled by law to do so.
At no time will we sell your information to third parties for any marketing incentives, financial services information or other soft dollar compensations.
Privacy protection
At Modular Financial Solutions, Inc. access to your personal information is confidential and we maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect access to this data. This includes account numbers, login IDs, passwords, social security numbers, tax identification numbers and any other user specific data used by third party providers.
Transactions completed on your behalf as authorized by you on the internet with third parties are completed using third party provided secure communication protocols such as data encryption, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol with user names and passwords.
These safeguards are regularly reviewed and updated as changes in procedures and technology require.
